Tia Kim is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in software engineering, program coordination, and mentoring. Currently serving as the College and Career Program Coordinator and Tutor at Little Lights Urban Ministries since September 2023, Tia previously worked as a Software Engineer at CircleCI and as an Associate Software Engineer at Capital One, where notable contributions included designing a resilient autofailover mechanism and improving API infrastructure. Tia has also held leadership roles at UCLA Women & Youth Supporting Each Other, culminating in the position of Co-Executive Director, and gained internship experience across various organizations, including Deloitte and Gains Group.
