Cleide V. is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Coral Gables Instructor for Little Medical School and a Research Assistant in the LeBlanc Research Group at the University of Miami College of Arts & Sciences, focusing on innovative nanomaterials for drug delivery in treating Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and bone mineralization. Since August 2021, Cleide has held multiple leadership roles at the University of Miami, including Resident Assistant, IMPACT Coordinator, and Vice President of Nu Rho Psi, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement and student development. Additionally, Cleide is the President and Secretary of the UMiami Chapter of the Magical Moments Foundation and has a background in mentoring youth through the Florida Sheriff's Explorer Association. Cleide is pursuing a degree in Neuroscience at the University of Miami College of Arts & Sciences, expected to graduate in May 2025, and completed a certificate program at the University of Florida in June 2023.
