Tony Riccardi

Tony Riccardi has a strong background in executive leadership and operations in the fitness industry. Tony is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Little Newtons since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Crème de la Crème, Inc. from January 2017 to July 2023. Before that, they held the position of Vice President, Franchise Operations at UFC GYM from May 2012 to December 2016. Tony also served as a Director at Crunch Fitness from February 2008 to April 2012. Additionally, Tony held various roles at 24 Hour Fitness, including Director of Express Division, District Manager, General Manager, and Fitness Manager and Certified Personal Trainer, from 1990 to 2008.

Tony Riccardi attended Saint Mary's College of California, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management. Tony also pursued a Master's Degree (M.A.) in Leadership & Organizational Development at the same institution.
