Tom is responsible for driving HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business objectives, and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. With a background in coaching and talent management, Tom empowers employees to reach their full potential. Prior to their current role, Tom held leadership positions in human resources at Clearwater Paper Corporation and Neenah Paper, demonstrating their expertise in employee and labor relations. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Metropolitan State University.
