Theresa Yorek

Theresa Yorek is an experienced Plant Operator at Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority since March 2022, managing operations at a 92 MGD plant and conducting process control labs while ensuring optimal plant performance. Previously, Theresa served as a Waste Water Lab Technician for the City of Bentonville from December 2017 to August 2021, focusing on plant process control testing and implementing technology to enhance efficiency and safety. Additional experience includes roles as a Coach at Happy Feet, Client Service Representative at Meriux NutriScience, Wet Chemist at TALEM Inc., and Microbiologist at Front Range Laboratories. Theresa holds a BS in Biology from Adams State University.
