Nicole Lumpkin has extensive experience in early childhood education and training, currently serving as a CDA Verifier and PDS Specialist at The Council for Professional Recognition since January 2018 and as a Trainer at ChildrenRFirst since January 2013, providing workshops in Richmond, Midlothian, and Hanover. Nicole also works as an Educational Consultant since June 2012 and has held the role of Curriculum Specialist/Teacher at Little Scholars since January 2011, focusing on curriculum writing and teaching for preschool and school-age programs. Previously, Nicole was a Pre Kindergarten Teacher and Mentor at The Goddard School from January 2005 to August 2011, where responsibilities included lesson planning and classroom management. Nicole Lumpkin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
