Nick Wiseman has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Nick co-founded and served as CEO of Little Sesame, a rapidly growing consumer packaged goods brand that emerged from a flagship restaurant in Washington, DC. The brand focuses on creating energizing grocery products, starting with freshly spun hummus.

Later on, Nick became an advisor for Old Salt Co-op, a producer-owned direct-to-consumer meat business in Montana. The business aims to connect customers and producers to promote stewardship and enhance land, wildlife habitat, and community.

Currently, Nick is an investor at Meati, a company that specializes in growing "whole cut" meat from mycelium (a type of fungus). This innovation seeks to harness the sustainability and nutritional benefits of mushrooms as a protein source, representing the future of food.

Prior to their ventures in the CPG and sustainability industries, Nick had hands-on experience as a restaurant owner, operator, and team member. Nick was involved in multiple restaurants from 2008 to 2018.
