Gayatri Karandikar

Gayatri Karandikar is an experienced leader in product innovation and portfolio management, currently serving as Vice President of Product Innovation at Little Spoon since January 2025. Prior to this role, Gayatri held various leadership positions at HelloFresh, including Head of New Verticals and General Manager of HelloFresh US, as well as Director of Product Management & Innovation. As the Founder and CEO of NOMM from 2018 to 2022, Gayatri developed a brand focused on gluten-free vegan cookies. Gayatri's career includes an Engagement Manager role at Deloitte Consulting and a Global Strategy MBA Internship at PepsiCo. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from UCLA, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from West Island School in Hong Kong.
