Nour Mansour has worked in the field of theater arts since 2002. Nour started as a Children's Theater Director and Drama Teacher at Modern Montessori School in Amman Jordan. In 2007, they founded Creative Kids Center Jordan and served as its Artistic Director, Children Theater Director, and Owner. Nour also held the role of Executive Artistic Director for A Day As A Child Musical and was the Director and Producer of The Dream play. In 2013, they became the Producer of the TV show "CARAVAN" for Roya Tv. In 2018, they were a Drama Consultant and Content Developer, as well as a Drama Trainer for Little Thinking Minds. In 2019, they returned to A Day As A Child as Artistic Director.

Nour Mansour's education history includes attending Amman National School from 1989 to 1997, Universite Lumiere, Lyon 2- Centre International D'Etudes Francaises- France from 1997 to 1998, and Santa Monica College from 1999 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Music. Nour also has several certifications, including an Acting Workshop for Theater and Television from the Royal Film Commission in Jordan, an Advanced Office Management Skills certification from Amman Business Institute, a Brain Mapping for Children certification from Toni Bozan, an Early Childhood Diploma from the International Center for Montessori Education, a Film Production certificate from SAE Institute in Dubai, and a Kindermusik Certificate of License from Kindermusik International.
