David Stephenson

David Stephenson, CFM, currently serves as the Director of the Smart Building Studio and Director of Workplace Management Technology at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, a position held since August 1997. In this role, David manages web-based technology solutions for the FM Strategies group, catering to Fortune 100 companies as well as Federal and State agencies. Responsibilities encompass comprehensive needs analysis, project management, process re-engineering, and the integration of legacy systems with corporate systems, alongside training and consulting. Prior to this, David worked as a CAD Technician at Martin & Company Architects, where creation of construction documents for various architectural projects in southwest Virginia was the primary duty. David holds an A.A.S. in Architecture from New River Community College, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
