Tommy Pincott

Tommy Pincott is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Desk Engineer at Littlefish since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tommy worked at Source BioScience from August 2015, initially as a First Line Support Technician, where responsibilities included managing incoming support calls and delegating them to the appropriate team members. Tommy began in the IT field as an MIS Apprentice, gaining foundational skills in helpdesk support. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at Savers, which provided valuable communication skills. Tommy holds a BTEC National Diploma in ICT - Software from Uxbridge College and a GNVQ in ICT from Douay Martyrs Secondary School.
