Michael Kaplan began their work experience in 1994 as a Trader at Bear Stearns & Co. Michael then worked as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 1998 to 2000. Following that, they joined Ripplewood Holdings as an Associate until 2005. Since 2005, Michael has been working at Littlejohn & Co as a Managing Director.
Michael Kaplan attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1990 to 1994, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Rhetoric. Michael then went on to study at Columbia Law School from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
