Kerri Butts

Kerri Butts has a diverse work history, with experience in various industries. Kerri started their career in 2010 as a Probation Officer Intern at Kalamazoo Probation, where they gained knowledge of the court process and assisted in designing a reentry program. Kerri then worked as a Resident Coordinator at Kalamazoo Probation Enhancement Program (KPEP), where they were responsible for monitoring and supervising residents. In 2011, they joined Dick's Sporting Goods as a Customer Service Specialist, and later became a Manager at EXPRESS. In 2014, they worked at Verbal Behavior Center for Autism (VBCA) as an Administrative Assistant and then as a Center Manager. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at LittleStar ABA Therapy, first as a Scheduler, then as a Scheduling Director, and currently as a Systems Operations Director, where they manage training, coaching, and guidance for a team of 5 employees and is involved in the development and implementation of new processes. Throughout their career, Kerri has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage teams and schedules, as well as their dedication to providing support and guidance.

Kerri Butts obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University from 2007 to 2010.
