Richard McKenzie

Dr. McKenzie joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in January 2021 in his capacity as President of the Medical Staff. He joined the LRH medical staff in 2014 and is currently a physician in North Country Primary Care. His clinical focus are in primary care, family medicine, and pediatrics. He also serves as the Medical Director for LRH's Rural Health Clinic. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. McKenzie received his Medical Degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology and graduate degree in Engineering from Dartmouth and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Prior to his medical education and career, Dr. McKenzie worked as an Engineer for Westinghouse and Eaton for 21 years.
