Thomas Tremblay

Mr. Tremblay joined the Littleton Board of Trustees in 2019. He is currently the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Linwood Real Estate in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Mr. Tremblay owned and operated this firm from 1985 to 2019. Prior, Mr. Tremblay worked as Property Manager at Loon Mountain. He also worked for 11 years for Chicago Bridge and Iron Company (CBI), a multi-national construction company specializing in field erected steel plate structures. During his time with CBI, Mr. Tremblay worked in engineering, fabrication, construction and as a Contracting Engineer (sales). Born in Old Town, Maine, Mr. Tremblay has been in New Hampshire since the 1950's. After graduating from Keene High School, he attended Wentworth Institute in Boston where he graduated with an Associate's Degree in Building Construction. Mr. Tremblay then attended the University of Maine-Orono and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
