Currently, Jay serves as Director at Addition Capital, focusing on investments in businesses with growth potential, and concurrently holds the position of Director at Future Motors Ltd, which specializes in energy-efficient electric induction motors. As Co-Founder of Supply Finance, Jay aims to provide accessible financing tools to small businesses in Europe. Additionally, Jay is Chairman of Littlewood Fencing, overseeing one of the UK's largest fencing contractors, and leads the Rumi Foundation as Chairman. Earlier roles include President and CEO of ISE Inc. and Solicitor at Linklaters. Education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge.
