Kamil Sözen

Kamil Sözen is a co-founder of Litum Technologies, a position they have held since 2007. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's software and engineering services, overseeing a team of 30+ engineers. Kamil'sresponsibilities include product development, market study, market development, requirement analysis, system design, resource planning, on-site installation, high-level admin trainings, and high-level customer support.

Prior to co-founding Litum Technologies, Kamil worked at Tam Bilgisayar Hizmetleri A.Ş. from 1996 to 2007. During their time at the company, they held various roles including Software Manager and Software Engineer. As the Software Manager, they were in charge of all software engineers and the development process. Kamil was responsible for requirement analysis, system design, and development management, and successfully completed over 10 big scale projects.

Kamil Sözen holds a PhD in Production Systems and Management from Ege University, which was completed between 2007 and 2011. Before that, they obtained a master's degree in Engineering Management from Izmir Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005. Kamil also holds another master's degree in Information Technologies from Ege University, which they pursued between 2001 and 2003. Lastly, they completed their bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering at Istanbul University from 1995 to 1999.
