Heidi Arave-Noonan

Heidi Arave-Noonan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Liv Multifamily at Liv Communities LLC since July 2009, overseeing operations for a portfolio of multifamily communities. Prior to her current role, Heidi worked as an Analyst/Loan Associate at iStar Financial from January 2006 to December 2007, where responsibilities included analyzing commercial development feasibility and drafting reports for the loan approval committee. Earlier in her career, Heidi was a National Trainer at Simpson Property Group from February 1996 to January 2005, focusing on the development and facilitation of training courses for multifamily professionals. Heidi's educational background includes a degree from Western Governors University (2013-2014), an Arizona Real Estate Sales License obtained through the Real Estate Learning Center in 2009, and studies at Glendale Community College (1995-1998).
