Gian Vincenzo D'Agostaro

Gian Vincenzo D'Agostaro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gian Vincenzo currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Total Rewards and HR Analytics at LivaNova since September 2022. Gian Vincenzo previously served as Vice President, Global Total Rewards from April 2020 to August 2022 and as Director, Global Total Rewards and Global Payroll from September 2013 to April 2020. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of compensation and rewards programs, including executive compensation, share plan design and administration, sales incentive schemes, and compensation survey. Prior to joining LivaNova, Gian Vincenzo worked at Ernst & Young, where they held several positions in the Performance and Reward - Human Capital department, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Gian Vincenzo was involved in various projects related to global equity tax, executive compensation, financial sector remuneration regulations, and HR transactions due diligence. Before Ernst & Young, they had an internship in marketing at Dolce & Gabbana. Gian Vincenzo also worked as a Chartered Tax Accountant Trainee at a local accounting firm and briefly as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Gian Vincenzo D'Agostaro completed an Open Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship program at ESADE Business School in 2013. Gian Vincenzo obtained a laurea degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Palermo, from 2000 to 2004. In 2003, they also pursued a Laurea degree in Business Administration at Waterford Institute of Technology.
