Keaton Watson

Keaton Watson is an Operations Excellence Manager at LivaNova, responsible for implementing Continuous Improvement Culture and Philosophy at the Houston site since August 2022. With extensive experience in Continuous Improvement roles, Watson has managed initiatives at RPM International Inc. and AmerisourceBergen, focusing on Lean and TPM methodologies across multiple distribution centers. Previous positions include Operations Planning Leader at GE Oil and Gas, where Watson managed critical production operations, and Continuous Improvement Manager at GE Transportation and CertainTeed Corporation, emphasizing Total Preventive Maintenance and personnel development.
