Lisa Sampson has extensive experience in quality engineering within the medical device industry, specifically at LivaNova since November 2016, where roles have progressed from Quality Engineer to Sr. Manager, New Product Quality. Responsibilities have included conducting thorough investigations of customer-reported issues, coordinating with medical professionals and caregivers for technical support, and leading improvements in complaint handling and regulatory reporting procedures. Notably, Lisa has played a crucial role in developing and delivering training for new products and supporting technical teams. Prior experience includes contributing to a bioengineering textbook at Pearson and serving as a research assistant at Rice University. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering from Rice University, obtained in 2016.
