Jesper Lindholt has held various roles in the IT industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they were the Chairman of the Board at Structured Equity A/S. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Director of Planning & Analysis at TDC Erhverv, where they were responsible for strategic development and operational planning. In 2006, they were the Interim CEO of Touchlink Mobile and Director and owner of Innotel ApS. From 2007 to 2008, they were the COO and MD of Kring East and Central Europe, where they transformed the company from being a reseller of IT services to a highly profitable standalone operation. From 2008 to 2013, they were the CEO and founder of Kuadriga, a near-shore software development company. During this time, they had 25 clients and 100 employees across Europe. From 2013 to 2015, they were the CEO of Livatek, a software development company in Ukraine. From 2015 to present, they have been the CEO of mHealthQA, a company that makes certification manageable for startups. Additionally, since 2013, they have been a commentator on the dramatic events in Kyiv and their effects on business. In 2016, they became an Expert Proposal Evaluator for eHealth at the European Union Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME).
Jesper Lindholt is currently enrolled in Board Leadership Education / Bestyrelsesuddannelsen at CBS Executive Fonden since 2022. Jesper obtained their Master's Degree in Business Economics from Aarhus University in 1993. Jesper also attended University of Groningen as Erasmus guest student in 1992 and Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) for a Summer school in 1991. Jesper also attended short executive courses at IMD. Additionally, they obtained their MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in 2003.
