Cayla Carroll has a wealth of work experience, starting with Danville Services in 2006 as a Direct Support Professional and Program Manager. In 2008, they were a Social Work Intern at Head Start Pre School. In 2010, they were a Support Coordinator Intern at the Division of Services for People with Disabilities. In 2012 and 2013, they were a Social Work Intern at Head Start Pre School and Strengthening Families Program, respectively. In 2017, they were a Client Relations Coordinator & Marketing Director at Equation Consultants. Finally, in 2019, they were a Client Relations Coordinator & Marketing Director at Livayo.

Cayla Carroll obtained their Bachelor of Social Work from Utah Valley University in 2014, majoring in Social Work. Cayla previously obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) from Salt Lake Community College in 2009, also majoring in Social Work. In addition, Cayla has obtained three certifications: Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) from the Utah School of Phlebotomy in December 2019, Soar 1 & 2 from the State of Utah in June 2019, and CPR/First Aid from the American Red Cross Utah in February 2018.
