Erika Strauss

Erika Strauss is an experienced professional in asset management and financial analysis, currently serving as Manager Asset Management at LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, since May 2019, after progressing through roles as Associate Asset Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to LivCor, Erika held the position of Senior Analyst at JLL, performing complex financial analyses and market research, and began their career as an Analyst at Integra Realty Resources, where Erika valued a variety of commercial real estate assets. Earlier roles include Research Specialist at the UIC Institute for Health Research and Policy and Research Assistant at the UIC Voorhees Center, complemented by an internship as Sustainability Project Assistant at Congress for the New Urbanism. Erika holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Arkansas.
