Sarah Aredia is a seasoned professional in the property management sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Revenue and Performance at LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, since December 2020. With extensive experience at Greystar from August 2014 to December 2020, Sarah held several managerial roles, successfully overseeing leasing processes, implementing training schedules, and maintaining high resident retention rates. Prior to Greystar, Sarah worked at ZRS Management as a Leasing Consultant, where notable achievements included recognition for top performance and organizing resident retention events. Sarah began the career in leasing with AMLI Residential as a Leasing Professional and also gained customer service experience at Fifth Third Bank and Kathryn's Bridal.
