Sue Lee

Sue Lee has extensive experience in operations and event management, currently serving in operations at LivCor since May 2021. Previously, Sue managed approximately 38 accounts annually as a Senior Event Manager at JW Marriott Austin from April 2016 to April 2020, focusing on aligning hotel services with client objectives. Earlier roles included Senior Meetings & Special Events Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles, and JW Marriott Los Angeles LA LIVE, where Sue planned events generating $10 million in annual revenue and conducted customer satisfaction analysis. Sue also held positions as Event Concierge/Event Operations Supervisor and Event Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott Indianapolis, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication. Sue holds an M.S. in Biology from Purdue University and a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington.
