Anastasia Kutsiak

Anastasia Kutsiak has worked in the field of business intelligence and human resources since 2017. Anastasia began their career as Head of International Sales at Live Animations, where they were responsible for analyzing business intelligence data, identifying trendsetter ideas, budgeting forecasts, developing financial industry/business models, and problem resolution. Anastasia then became Head of the HR Department, where they were responsible for forming the HR-strategy and HR-brand of the company, search and selection of employees, writing instructions, and developing/conducting games. In 2019, they joined adidas as a Crew Runner for Adidas Runners Kyiv, where they were responsible for creating a working atmosphere inside the running team, welcoming new members, talking about the types of training, and conducting training and helping coaches.

Anastasia Kutsiak received their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2012 and 2017.
