HR

HR has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering and HR consulting. HR began their career at Amaryllis in 2003, where they served as Head of HR for five years before moving to RMG Connect. At RMG Connect, HR was responsible for leading the HR team and overseeing all HR initiatives. In 2010, HR joined J. Walter Thompson London as an HR Business Partner. In this role, HR provided strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders and employees across the company. In 2018, HR left JWT London to join Longsmith Limited as an HR Consultant. However, after only eight months in this role, HR departed Longsmith Limited to join Live & Breathe as CENTRAL SERVICE.

The educational career for HR would include a Master's in Human Geographical Research from Newcastle University, followed by a CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services from MOL. Finally, they would complete a BA in Human Geography from Newcastle University.

HR works with IT - CENTRAL SERVICE, Commercials - CLIENT SERVICE, and Production - CLIENT SERVICE. HR reports to AGENCY SERVICES, .. and Jenny Longsmith - Head of HR reports to HR.
