Bharathi has extensive experience in the IT recruitment field, currently serving as the Manager of Client Servicing-CG1 at Live Connections since April 2021, previously holding the position of Associate Manager Sourcing-AG5. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end IT recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as maintaining follow-up until candidates join their offered organizations. K.K. Bharathi began the career as an HR Recruiter at Live Connections from December 2015 to August 2016 and has also worked as a Senior Proof Reader in the e-publishing industry at QUICKSORT LTD from November 2012 to February 2014, and as a Research Analyst at R R Donnelley in Chennai from January 2012 to August 2012. K.K. Bharathi holds a degree from Anna University, Coimbatore, attained between 2009 and 2011.
