Sabitha Venu has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment, currently serving as Client Manager Executive Search at Live Connections since April 2015. In this role, Sabitha interfaces with clients regarding top management positions, matching candidates with relevant expectations to meet client needs. Previously, from September 2011 to March 2015, Sabitha worked as a Japanese Technical Translator at L&T Infotech, translating and reviewing technical documents for the client Hitachi. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior IT Technical Recruiter at Live Connections, where Sabitha managed the full life-cycle of IT recruitment, and as a Software Developer at Reliant Tech, Inc., focusing on a Remedy trouble ticketing system. Sabitha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
