Sharada S has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Sourcing and Senior HR Consultant at Live Connections since November 2015, Sharada specializes in placing middle and senior-level candidates. Previously, Sharada worked as an HR Consultant at Meru Consultants and Technologies Pvt Ltd from January 2012 to July 2015, and as Manager of Field Operations at IMRB International from August 2001 to January 2011, leading diverse projects and training new team members. Early career experience includes a role as Brand Consultant for the Hair Care division at Procter & Gamble. Sharada holds a PGD in HR & IR from MSSW, an M.Com from the University of Madras, and a B.Com from MOP Vaishnav College for Women.
