Vigneswari Gopikannan has worked at Live Connections as an AG5 - Associate Manager Sourcing & Head Hunting since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Live Connections as an HR-Consultant (Recruitment) for the Manufacturing Team from June 2014 to July 2017. Vigneswari was responsible for handling the recruitment process, understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates, and conducting telephonic interviews. Before joining Live Connections, they worked at BAIS as a BDE and HR from December 2012 to May 2014.

Vigneswari Gopikannan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Finance from RVS College of Engg And Tech, Dindigul, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a specialization in Computer Application from Sri SRNM College, Sattur, from 2007 to 2010.
