Cyndi O'Rourke

Cyndi O'Rourke is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the operations, customer service, and account management fields. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Navigate since January 2019, Cyndi has also held positions such as Strategic Account Specialist at Navigate Wellbeing Solutions and Senior Account Manager at Live Healthy America. With a background in exercise science health promotion from Central College, Cyndi has also volunteered at Pella Regional Health Center Long Term Care and coached volleyball at Dowling Catholic Volleyball Club.
