Lindsey Loftsgard

Lindsey Loftsgard has a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa. Lindsey has extensive experience in various roles related to wellness and fitness, including being an Account Manager at Navigate, a Director of Lifestyles at WesleyLife, a Group Exercise Instructor at University of Iowa Recreation Services, a Wellness Intern at Wesley Life - Edgewater, and an Exercise Assistant at Healthy Living Center YMCA. Lindsey also has experience as a Clerk at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and as a Physical Therapy Assistant Intern at Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers. Throughout all roles, Lindsey has focused on promoting healthy lifestyles, providing excellent customer service, and encouraging participation in fitness activities.
