Aniello Salierno

Aniello Salierno has an extensive work experience in various companies. Aniello started their career in 1998 as an Assistant to Branch Manager at Raymond James Financial Inc, where they managed profit/loss statements and analyzed client portfolio performance. From 2003 to 2006, they served as the Director of Finance at Vero Retirement Associates, LLC, where they were responsible for financial accounting and managed Human Resources. Aniello then worked at Senior Living Communities, LLC and Maxwell Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2010, holding the positions of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations. In these roles, they provided technology vision and leadership and oversaw operational aspects, including financial management and healthcare programs. Currently, Aniello Salierno is the President and Chief Information Officer at Live Long Well Care, LLC - In-Home Care, where they continue to provide technology leadership and strategic planning.

Aniello Salierno obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, attending from 2000 to 2002. In 2009, they acquired a CORE Training & Assisted Living Administrators License from the University of South Florida. Aniello also obtained certifications in Extended Congregate Care (ECC) and Florida Licensed Assisted Living Administrator from the State of Florida Department of Elder Affairs / Florida Assisted Living Federation in the same year.
