Abbey Andrian

Abbey Andrian serves as the Vice President of People Operations & Programs at Live Nation Entertainment since January 2020. Prior to this role, Abbey had extensive experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2006 to 2019, progressing through various positions including Senior Director of People Operations & Development and Director of Talent Development, after beginning as a Manager of Training and Development for MAC Cosmetics. Abbey’s earlier roles at MAC Cosmetics included Trainer, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Back Up Manager/MAC Artist, where a focus on recruiting, training, and developing teams was demonstrated alongside strong sales achievements. Abbey holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan, an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and has completed an Introduction to Data Analytics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
