Nicholas G. R.

Nicholas G. R. currently serves as Executive Vice President at Live Nation Entertainment since May 2022. Additionally, Nicholas is a Board Member of the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, which supports essential resources for the LAFD. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Head of Strategic Development at Welltower™ Inc. from March 2019 to May 2022, overseeing strategic initiatives in health and wellness care. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of US Development at Westfield, SVP Development, Design and Construction at Alagem Capital, and Vice President of Corporate Development at Las Vegas Sands Corp., where Nicholas managed extensive development projects. Early in the career, Nicholas worked as Director in Hospitality and Real Estate Development at Tishman Hotel & Realty. Nicholas holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from SCI-Arc.
