Paul Smith

Paul Smith has over 14 years of extensive legal experience at Live Nation Entertainment, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal for M&A, Venue Development & Finance, where responsibilities include driving international growth across EMEA and APAC. Previously, Paul held the role of SVP, Legal for the international division, overseeing M&A, corporate, commercial, and regulatory affairs for Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Earlier in the career, Paul served as Vice President, Legal for the international division and provided legal counsel on a secondment basis from Squire Sanders Hammonds. Prior legal experience includes working as a lawyer in Hammonds' Commercial and Dispute Resolution Department. Educational background includes a BSc in Chemistry and Law from the University of Bristol and advanced studies in legal practice and intellectual property law.
