Sean McDonough

Sean McDonough, Esq. currently serves as Counsel for Competition & Merger Control at Live Nation Entertainment, where additional roles include Director of Regulatory & Legal Compliance and Consent Decree Program Manager. McDonough is also an Associate Attorney at TEVNAN|TEVNAN and a Volunteer Attorney with Northeast Legal Aid, Inc. Previously, significant experience was gained at Ticketmaster, progressing through various client support positions from Event Support Specialist to Senior Client Support Specialist over an eight-year tenure. Prior roles include administrative and operational positions at Cloutier Supply Co. and Stop & Shop, among others. McDonough holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston.
