Tia Cardoza

Tia Cardoza is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in event management, music promotion, and community engagement. Currently serving as Special Events Manager - East at Live Nation Entertainment, Tia has also held the role of Executive Promoter Assistant to the President, Music - Canada. In addition, Tia contributed as a judge for the Traditional R&B/Soul Recording of the Year and the Contemporary R&B Recording of the Year categories at the JUNO Awards. Tia co-founded the Nubian Book Club, dedicated to using literacy to empower youth and foster community connections, and played a key role in community outreach, programming, and partnerships at Lola Media Group. Tia holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from York University.
