Adam Sherman

Adam Sherman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director of Project Finance at Live Oak Bank since September 2017, Adam leads initiatives in the Commercial Real Estate and Renewable Energy divisions, focusing on various asset classes including Seniors Housing and Multifamily. Prior to this role, Adam was Managing Director at Blueprint and RED Capital Group, where responsibilities included investment sales and structuring seniors housing transactions. Additional experience includes leadership roles in healthcare real estate business development at CIT and GE Capital, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Venture Management from Emory University and a Master's in Real Estate Development from The Johns Hopkins University.
