Huntley Munn

Huntley Munn is an accomplished professional with a solid background in finance and real estate. Currently serving as a Loan Officer I and AVP - Underwriter II at Live Oak Bank since July 2019, Huntley has also held roles including Underwriter and Business Analyst within the same company. In addition, Huntley operates as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Property Specific Realty since January 2022. Previous experience includes an internship at EMS LINQ, Inc. and a management position at Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc., where marketing and customer service skills were developed. As a dedicated full-time Student Athlete in the UNCW Men's Soccer Program, Huntley enhanced teamwork and leadership abilities while also coaching young soccer players, demonstrating a commitment to mentorship and personal growth. Huntley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
