Jeffrey Hawes

Jeffrey Hawes is an experienced finance professional with a background in underwriting and mortgage consulting. Currently serving as an AVP - SBB Underwriter at Live Oak Bank since October 2021, Jeffrey has previously worked as a Junior Underwriter/Credit Analyst and Loan Documentation Specialist at Wells Fargo from November 2017 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Mortgage Consultant at Summit Mortgage Corporation and as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Cambria Mortgage. Jeffrey began in the industry at Mortgage Elite Inc. as a Mortgage Consultant, building foundational knowledge and skills. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix and has attended North Dakota State University and Maple Grove Senior High School.
