Lillian Teer

Lillian Teer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit policy and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Director at Live Oak Bank since May 2013, where roles have included Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Risk Officer. Prior to this, Lillian was Town Clerk and HR Coordinator for the Town of Davidson, NC, performing critical administrative functions from January 2009 to March 2012. Previous experience includes managing advertising sales for O at Home, assisting in advertising sales at Time Magazine, and interning at both Wrightsville Beach Magazine and Harrison & Shriftman in public relations. Lillian holds a BA in English and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has furthered education at UNC’s School of Government and participated in the Arts & Science Council Cultural Leadership Program.
