Michele Mandle

Michele Mandle is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in construction and education. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Specialist at Live Oak Bank since January 2020, Michele has also held roles such as Construction Policy & Process Manager and Construction Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Green Dot Heating & Air from 2019 to 2020 and serving as a Teacher and Instructional Support staff member at New Hanover County Schools from 2010 to 2017. Michele holds a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Political Science from Western Washington University.
