Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Live Oak Contracting oversees the entire lifecycle of multifamily and commercial construction projects along the East Coast. This team collaborates closely with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure value-add designs, perform pre-construction services, and conduct thorough plan reviews to identify and address critical issues before construction begins.
