Alexandra Hoffman, LCSW, currently serves as a Psychotherapist at Live Oak, Inc. since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Therapist at Connections Health Collaborative Counseling and as a Substance Use Therapist at COMPASS HEALTH CENTER, LLC. Between September 2014 and July 2019, Alexandra held multiple positions at Yellowbrick, including Coordinator of Core Competence and Core Competence Staff. Additional experience includes a Social Work Internship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and a Youth Program Internship at Center on Halsted. Early career roles also include serving as a Mental Health Technician at UHS and a Recreational Therapy Intern/Volunteer at Skyland Trail. Alexandra earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Mental Health from Loyola University Chicago School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Fine and Studio Arts from Agnes Scott College.
