Ramirez's professional background also includes roles in bibliographic data and customer service at Independent Publishers Group and Barbara's Bookstore, respectively. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago.
