Henrique Coura is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and instructional design. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the National University since June 2020, Henrique teaches Mathematics Instructional Design within the Masters in Education and SPED program. As a Kindergarten Teacher at Live Oak School District since August 2014, Henrique has successfully implemented Universal Design planning, instruction, and assessment in a culturally and socio-economically diverse community. Additional roles within the district include PBIS Site Lead, Union Site Representative, Curriculum and Instruction Task Force member, Site Technology Lead, and Site ELA Mentor. Henrique holds a CA Teaching Credential in Elementary Education from California State University, Monterey Bay, a Master's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
