Francisca Guzman

Francisca Guzman serves as the Director of Advancement, Director of Communications, and Communication & Fundraising Manager at Live Oak School since March 2019, leading efforts in organizational fundraising and public relations. Prior experience includes Associate Director at the Statewide Independent Living Council of Tennessee, where responsibilities included advancing fundraising goals and managing educational campaigns. Francisca also held the position of Director of Development and Community Relations at Disability Rights Tennessee, Inc., participating in community relations and donor cultivation. Earlier roles featured work as Executive Assistant/Media Coordinator at Disability Law & Advocacy Center of Tennessee and Development Assistant at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. Francisca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wellesley College.
